COURSES
Our club offers a few different options to ease those interested in taking up archery into the sport. All of our courses are taught by qualified instructors, and all needed equipment is supplied by the club. (As a general rule, we do not allow participants to use their own equipment during the course).
Our courses are tailored towards recurve bows, as these are what we will lend to participants.
Cash and EFTPOS payments are accepted on the first day of each course.
COME-AND-TRY
A low cost, low commitment way to experience archery!
A 2-hour shooting session
(Sunday from 9-11am)
$25 per person
BEGINNERS COURSE
A great way to learn the basics of sighted recurve archery, and as a stepping stone into joining our club!
This course teaches:

Correct shooting form

Basic competition and scoring

Bow Safety
$150 for 5 consecutive weeks, Saturday Mornings (9-11am)
ADVANCED COURSE
Our advanced course designed to teach the finer points of archery technique and form, so it is only open to those who have already completed our Beginners Course.
This course teaches:

Further refinements to form taught in the beginners course

Bow and arrow terminology

Equipment maintenance
